I've read that Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Sui's version of Meakashi-hen has a secret ending where Shion claws out her throat from the syndrome in the torture chamber, and Mion and Keiichi make it out of the town but Keiichi is killed anyway (presumably by Takano), and so is Takano (probably by "Tōkyō"). I can no longer find information on it anywhere, however, and I don't have Sui. What are the exact details that this ending gives?
