Takano Miyo currently has both a Hospital Room #123 and a spot in the underground labs where she does (bizarre, mad scientist-like) research.
Takano is very good at keeping very detailed notes. Everyone she meets at camp who gets past an introduction has some sort of file. Even if it's just: "Patient is very smart," or "Patient is a complete nitwit who needs a kick in the head." These files are kept in her office, and are only 'hidden' so far in that she writes them in many different languages. (It's not specified exactly how many languages Takano Miyo speaks, but we can probably assume she speaks at least three: Japanese, English, and German. More is a definite possibility considering her childhood hobbies of collecting the flags of the world.)
One thing you won't find in any of Takano's dwellings: a copy of the Hippocratic Oath. [She can, however, recite it fully from memory.]
Her notes on Hinamizawa Syndrome (as pictured in the above icon) are the most guarded, and she will fight to the death if even a page is missing from these, even if she knows them by heart and can reproduce them from memory.
