Furniture wood would take too long to burn by itself. But, pile it in the hospital room. If anyone asks, say I asked you to collect more wood that could possibly make splints.
We likely won't be able to burn the entire place, but we can create enough smoke to incapacitate everyone to the point it won't matter.
